An eleven-week
activation,
truck-first.
A regional spirits brand wanted to land in eight cities across the American Northwest without a single venue cancellation. Below — a fifteen-minute call with the brand's lead producer, lightly edited.
Okay — recording. So you came to us in early March, the campaign was supposed to launch in June.
Right. Eight cities, eight pop-ups, two vehicles each. We'd already lost the original logistics partner three weeks in.
What changed when we picked it up — from your seat, not ours.
Honestly? The Slack channel went quiet. That's the highest compliment I can give a logistics team. Before — twenty-two messages a day. After — four. Sometimes zero. Sometimes just a photo.
The Portland load-in was the proof. Weather turned overnight, our original venue pulled, MOVEGRID had the backup in motion before we'd even seen the email. We landed at the second site twenty-six minutes later than planned, doors still opened at seven.
And the sponsor pods.
Six brand partners, ten activations. Not one schedule slip. The hospitality vehicle in Seattle had branded coffee on the bar by 6:30 every night. We never asked. That's the work.
